A special gift to our choirs for 2012:
Twenty Nights of Candlelight!
The Candlelight Ceremony and Processional has been a Disneyland tradition since 1958, bringing holiday magic to Main Street, U.S.A., with the help of celebrities like Cary Grant, John Wayne, Dick Van Dyke and, in 2011, Gary Sinise. The Candlelight Ceremony mass choir is the centerpiece of this holiday season highlight, and we would like to invite you and your choir to audition to be a part of this year's spectacular celebration!
This holiday season - for the first time in its history - the Candlelight Ceremony is being extended to a total of 20 nights at Disneyland park, with two performances each night. The Candlelight Ceremony will be performed nightly from Saturday, December 1 to Thursday, December 20. This presents choirs with a fantastic opportunity to audition and participate in one or more nights.
If selected, your choir will perform in both shows on your assigned performance date(s).
Deadline for application and audition submission is
Monday, October 8.
